Sometimes, when you randomly agree to grab dinner with a coworker on a whim, you end up having one of the best meals you’ve had in quite a long time. I had 0 expectations aside from Brazilian cuisine. Up to this point, my general familiarity with Brazilian food has been the pão de queijo at EPCOT Food & Wine, or the endless meat experience at churrascarias like Fogo de Chão or Texas de Brazil.

What I Drank
SACI – Spicy infused Patron Silver, fresh strawberry syrup, fresh lime juice, Cointreau. It was one of the best cocktails I’ve had in quite a long time. If you enjoy spicy margs, you’ll love this drink. Bonus points for the craft ice block, with a dried lime wheel and jalapeño slices.
